1. Agreement
By creating an account, submitting a vendor application, or using the public stall map, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use VendMap.
2. The service
VendMap is a stall mapping and vendor management platform for a public market. It lets guests view stall locations and public business information, and lets vendors apply for stalls and manage reservations subject to administrator approval.
3. Vendor registration
- You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a stall. Assignment and occupancy remain subject to market administration.
- Required documents must be genuine. False or misleading submissions may result in rejection or account suspension.
4. Stall use and conduct
Vendors must follow market rules, health and safety requirements, and applicable local laws. VendMap is a coordination tool; it does not replace permits, leases, or regulatory approvals required by the market or local government.
5. Public map and content
The public map shows stall layout and, for occupied stalls, public business details such as business name, type, product category, products, and product photos you choose to upload. Do not upload images you do not have the right to share. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service to harass, defraud, or violate the law.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maps, routes, and stall status may change as the administrator publishes updates.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VendMap and the market administration are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the map, routing, or stall information. Indoor directions are provided as a guide along published pathways and may not reflect temporary closures.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
